The co. went ex-div on 28th so price behaviour is expected. It doesnt matter over the LT. Also vol has actually been descending in chart terms, so again nothing to worry about.
Just as there a forward thinkers at the lows, so are there forward thinkers at the highs. Theres no escaping a downturn in res construction. CAA is heavily dependent on low dens resi which is another word for houses. This is where the GMs are. High dens (apartments) make money but are lower GMs.
Manuf is still a basket case in Oz. So unless the industrial mkt can improve considerably theres uncertainty 2-3yrs out. Ill be looking to sell around this time. The impatient will sell now.
