IMO, CEO have started lately than other Mongolian coal peers but most advanced stage if proven sizable JORC resource.

Near by infrastructure and possiblr open pit mining situation means CEO can ship coal directly(DSO) after digging before end of this year if demand required or value add by using washing plant after built.

Many other peers are far behind than CEO due to no or not close to infrastructure, IMO.

Building infrastructure such as rail line or road always need large capital and time.

By the way I duly urge holders or non CEO holders put their opinion on this post more frequently to find out what others thought or view to get balanced view.
