    yes...i meant 100%

    of course one must price in the ownership interest

    imagine of CEO owned 25% of the project and their market cap was $50m

    we cannot say: "Wow...the CEO market cap is so cheap at $50m compared to AKM at $400m"

    when talking market cap, the ownership interest must be taken into account

    that is why i exited XAM and luckily placed the funds into CEO. XAM only has a 40% ownership interest in its coking coal
