zfx would tank being left at the altar, since OXR is doing the scrip bid it would be extremely difficult for directors to argue swapping three of their shares for a (tanking) ZFX share is better than a firm cash offer....
PH derisked, about to start and bring in $150m or so a quarter in earnings................................... only bluechip copper miner on the ASX.. the foreigns have taken out the best nickel miner, gas company, ....
the offer could even be as low ball as $5 a share and I think that would cause serious problems for directors
if I were OXR/ZFX management I would get the scheme booklet out pronto and make sure I had a defense planned
