From what I read, QIN seems trying to secure a deal to save this company .
To keep Sp in suspension to avoid sp being played and get short again by whoever so QIN could have more power to negotiate a deal which hopefully restore the fragile moral and bring a bit confidance into this poor company that got Shorted and dumped Bruatally.....
