2. Falcon has a lot more $, and a lot fewer shares.
3. Falcon has larger potential land package in Bendingo.
4. Both have other options than Victoria in WA, though Falcon may have the better possibilities.
5. S2 has a land package immediately adjacent to Fosterville.
6.S2 has a land package on trend immediately adjacent to Fosterville.
7. S2 having some problems in negotiations with Aboriginals who own a chunk of the package.
