The new MW
Looking at various pieces of evidence I see MW changing his emphasis for 2016:
• up to now MW has been all about Cicero and putting deals together - in this role he has been about providing services to various shells to clean up / find a new aqua / set up the deal structure / and then move on
• now that he has effectively created SRT we see a different play - first he is a massive shareholder / second he is creating a house of deals under this one entity / third he seems to be buying stakes in new aquas not necessarily the whole thing / so SRT will end up with stakes in numerous companies
• so now MW has a whole other business to run - SRT - a business that is all about long term holdings in newly listed companies
• so he can play short term in Cicero - and long term in SRT
