For example. If MW owned 95% of a $5m shell but that shell was trading at $1 a share, there would only be 5m shares on issue, with MW owning 4.75m of them.

So SRT - he owns 100m shares
Example company - he owns 4.75m shares

But his upside from the example company would be multiples greater than his 100m shares in SRT as that only represents 8.5% vs 95%.
