    The announcement of a Trading Halt for a restructure at SRE is very interesting in view of the past history of M.K. regarding intercompany loans etc. and I wondering IF possibly the present Parent of RCP,SRE, may considering a Share Swap of its interests in MZI which seems very near a positive Cash flow position and its Share interests in RCP.
