    See what you mean guys. Perhaps the real preference is to offer to institutions, ie those that missed out? Perhaps the offer to retail was already oversubscribed? anything is possible I guess.

    I do go back to the fact that the market for resources is in a general downward trend ATM and it is difficult to access what factors are at play.
