Funding is available to properly establish an ore reserve
Like many coastal sand plain based operatons they have high overheads(St Georges Terrace etc),Hawkes Point are a hedge fund based in the Bahamas and will hang on like grim death,the demise of OBM means they have to redeem the funds to original investors? so ends the fee gravy train.
Relying on quartz veins at Riverina to feed a 1,000,000 tpa plant would be hard work but not impossible.Gold price will allow mining of lower grade material
As admitted Marinkas defended his investment for quite a while BUT took a big loss in the end
