The Oz dollar at .86 US is great for rental income and US sales of centres. This is a bonus for CNP we didn't imagine by the way our dollar looked to be holding at near par $US.
Generally, management fees will mean a nice profit for Australian centres as well and occupancy rates hold. Commercial real estate values are holding too we hear. Certainly any agents I've spoken to say this is the case. We know about the debt story already. Nothing else in the way of negatives, only positives I think as CNP proves it can maintain.
