thanks for mentioning Milgromian dynamics, I not heard of it before.... the several sites I read went straight over my head, a couple more gave me clues to understand one of the previous ones but the first two remain completely opaque to me.... whooosh. but I get the discrepancy bits particularly the variations.

yes dark matter remains hypothetical, and the absence of empirically perceptible evidence of dark matter kind of links with the essence I referred to.

I'm only speculating.
