    Thanks for another enlightening post, one question tho about point 10

    "10. However, if anyone else does a takeover, then HGO forfeits half the profits above $1.00"

    I had the impression that if any company took more than 50% of ESG then Santos would have to pay HGO the top up money. Am I wrong?
