You cant compare Lateritic nickel deposits like the ones AUZ have with CZN prospects. Just about every lateritic nickel deposit in the world has a layer of ~0.1% Co sitting on top of the Nickel horizon, but try and extract it! just about always you need high pressure acid leaching (HIPAL) with huge costs and environmental concerns. SCONI is just the left overs from the original Greenvale lateritic nickel mine, mined ~40 years ago, with its associated Yabulu Nickel Refinery that went bust recently. Metalica has been flogging it for years.
The beauty of a sulfide cobalt deposit is that you can concentrate it by flotation, as the met tests by corazon have shown. This is a rare unique deposit and worth investing in.
