Re positive point one, we still only have half the number of mainland Chinese students resident in Australia that was the case in 2019, so some immigration indicators are negative.
What will the adverse effect of the Federal Labor Government's sop to the unions in allowing multi-employer bargaining be? Perhaps it may not be as bad for MTS' IGAs, WOW and COL as in some other subsectors.
Rising electricity and gas prices may temporarily be avoided by multi-year contracts WOW already has, but eventually will hurt.
