Thoughts on a dividend?

Oppies are well in the money so we're potentially looking at +$30m from exercising LOMO inside 12 months.

We've been told that approval of the ML is very near and as our MD explained to a captive audience at the Africa Downunder Conference, he anticipates earnings of $93k/day from the alluvial operation. As we know, under the Lulo JV agreement, Lucapa is entitled to claw back 100% of exploration expenditure totalling some $40m.

Now I ask you, do you think we have a good chance of a special dividend? After all, what will they do with all that money if there is no special dividend???
