Ever since NIP announced their substantial vanadium resource upgrade, the share price has slowly drifted downwards. The buy side is very thin at the moment and it looks like it could fall further.

It seems we need some follow up announcements to get things going again. Hopefully we can get some quick results from this years drilling program as a follow up to the visible copper findings from the last lot of drilling.

A company with a vanadium, copper, platinum and flourite resource defined would have to start attracting some interest.

I thought that the takeover announcement by CFE for DMM earlier in the week may have a sparked a bit of specualtive interest in NIP as a possible next target by CFE, given that CFE hold about 40% already and are in acquistion mode. CFE have added to their original holding through a placement so it seems they see a future in NIP.

Anyone have any thoughts on a possible takeover?
