I did and you will note the reference to listing rules and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). It is the point I was making in my posts last night.

However, there appear to have been no breaches of the Act and it is merely a clarification of their earlier statement. Not a big deal in reality. Nonetheless, there will be a nervous reaction on the market by those who are spooked by their own shadows. It will go down and back up again.

Simple stuff but watch the negative posters climb all over this in the short term. The only consolation may be that they might finally move on to some other thread to spread their doom and gloom.

Not a bad outcome.
