What they mean is that in the medium term, they think AHZ is likely to be stronger because of a growing revenue base with cardiocell, a device already on the market and gaining incrementally.

But "ultimately?", or even long term, they have no idea. IMO

I have much more invested in ADO, because it is a game changer over multiple platforms.
