prices were around 25c pre last cap raise.
one thing that may be happening currently is that many people are expecting this cap raise soon. So they may all be sitting on the sidelines waiting for it to happen first before buying in. Market does not like uncertainty.
SP does not always drop after new capital is raised if the new capital enables the company to pursue critical value inflection points that could not be reached without the CR
