As a comparison to ATX, Trillium has just been bought by Pfizer for 2.26 Billion USD, >200% up on last share trade. It is a phase 2 company (ATX will be phase 2 in six months) focusing on the CD47 receptor involved in immune signalling. It is designed to enhance the function of other chemotherapy and monoclonal antibody treatments. It has two main agents under investigation.
