Some thoughts about current and near future outcomes for Axiom (IMO).
1) Drilling on Isabel: Has it actually commenced yet?
IMO yes and we should see some evidence of it soon.
2) Seeing that it is diamond drilling to what depth will they drill?
Unsubstantiated information tells me that it will be up to 7 times deeper than the previous depths drilled.
3) When will we get some drill results from Isabel?
Hopefully before Christmas.
4) When will the Appeal be heard?
IMO February sometime.
5) Will it be the actual Appeal or just a preliminary to discuss procedures?
IMO the real deal.
6) How long will it last before a decision?
From research into precedence in S.I. Appeals, that is, from our last Appeal in 2012 ...it lasted about 8 weeks. However in this case, IMO it will be a lot quicker, maybe 2 or three weeks, maybe sooner, we will have to wait and see.
7) Can their be any further legal action after this Appeal if we win?
One of the rulings of Judge Brown was that SMM Solomon could not interfere further with the business of AVQ KB in the Solomon Islands. If this is upheld then the chance of any further permissible court action is extremely unlikely.
8) When will we see West Guadalcanal results?
IMO soon (l seem to have heard that before somewhere).
9) Will there be a Capital Raise/

10) From today's announcement what is a defence adviser mean (in the last sentence)?
This is a corporate adviser often used in hostile take overs...interesting.
