Banda, Banda, I still beleive that Chinguetti still has the best to come, consider this-
Chinguetti 1 is conceded by WPL to have 68mmbls recoverable, using a very conservative "risked" formula,
When Ching 1 is revisited, most likely in a week or two I beleive it will prove -up to be near double that, then add in Ching 2 which is an unknown at this stage but could be over 100mmbls, but say 70mmbls and Ching as a whole could be as big as Banda is rumoured to be, if we get these figures HDR will be way over a dollar. This result at this stage of proceedings is far more likely than Banda.
Just as an observation the spill point from Chinguetti 2
is in line with Banda, does it mean anything? I am not knowledgable enough to know.
Back to Banda, I don't think it was originally in the selection mix for drilling, 3 other salt domes were, but after extra 3d on Banda,[ the original 3d did not cover all of it ], the group selected it, and since then the unofficial reports on it are growing by the week.
I hope it is worth the wait.
