I'd be careful of anything that's flying on no news... But investing after a long period of no news is usually the time to jump in a make a buck.
Not sure if the $470k invested in BD1 so far today with a vwap of .0383 would be classed as a pump though. People a taking positions and no doubt some people are taking some very healthy profits and good on them.
