How can it be "a profitable company" when the MD has just told the market they will make a loss??? The market hasnt just scorched the share price for nothing you know.

Sometimes you got to take a paradigm shift when new news comes to the market. The profitable CLO you thought existed no longer exists.......

Take into account the new information. Pretend you dont hold the stock. If you wouldnt buy it today why hold........??
