Sounds reasonable - but in the event of liquidation, selling all those assets at or near even current book value could be a bit of a shaky business.

So it still cuts both ways - there could be $60M left over or maybe just as easily the banks could fall $60M short.

I picked mine up @ an average of 6.1c, if they pull through I might use some of the proceeds to get the Centro logo tattooed on my a$$ :D
