The truth of the matter is that the GOV needs to raise new taxes as they cant raise the GST by Law. So dream up new ways to get revenue.
The latest volcanic activity is doing far more damage than any other industry. China and Indias population approx 2.4 billion and raising just through all farting will do more damage than little ol Australia output.
Look closely and this green issue is simply a political tool and the stroking of a political party that never had any real power - otherwise they would have been ruling the country.
