IMO, the replacement of JH was planned last year with the recruitment of DH back in November. DH is an American if I am not wrong. And the company that is buying up CTP is thought to be American. I am now let to believe this American company will advance its stake to 19.9% and then declare its intention.
The latest Top 20 list PN twice making it less obvious it now has 4.47% shares. I wonder why?
