I think you're spot on with your analysis and assumptions.

I too, am very concerned with the terminology "sell down of assets". If CTP sells off the prime real estate, we will get a short term cash injection, and zip after that. I suspect the board may try to rush into a deal to get them over the line in the short term, to the detriment of our long term prospects.

I also don't buy the inference that JH was the sticking point and now that he's gone suddenly the board can move forward, for the reasons you articulated.

If that was true, what have they been doing for the past six years?
