As I said before, JH would be entitled to his emoluments for being a Directors of CTP, and he will continue to collect such emoluments.

As for him continuing to receive a salary for his previously held CEO position, I, and I believe everyone else here, cannot say. IMHO, it would depend on the agreements that were reached at the time of his employment, and those agreements/conditions would be listed on his contract of employment. For what we know, he could have been stood down with or without pay. No one really know. Only JH and/or the company can say.

One thing that I am confident about though, is that he will continue to collect his pay as a Director, because no one, including the Board, can sack JH. Only the Shareholders, via a properly announced EGM can do so, by voting him out.
