Sav-J, firstly great to see you potsing here again.
As to this point above, it's my understand that when a bard receives a s249 notice they enter caretaker mode until the meeting. In that case, wouldn't meit mean that when the board receives the notice they won't even be able to enter a MOU let alone a JV/farm-in with any third party?
