remember guys, barging coal is probably the cheapest form of bulk transport on earth for coal. 2 of the worlds largest coal players..Talbot and Tatta have dropped $210m into riv. maybe Atma can drop $210m into the short position and see how that turns out. i am sure Talbot will be happy to take him out and get some volume. good luck.
