    My concern is that Beach can issue as may shares as they want as they are in control.

    there are currently 465K shares on issue.

    say Beach get to 85%

    Why cant beach issue another 200K shares and buy them all up themself, ( always hear sold to sophisticated investors ) they get control of the new shares and then get over the magical 90% hold and get to acquire the rest.
