Hello Yin ,Hxs02, I.R., and all Readers,

This Director Change may have been necessary because Mr . Damain Delaney is now very busy at THR and BTV as Joint Company Secretary, and may not be able to attend many Board Meetings of BTV and the 'Ship Batavia' will need 'all Hands on Deck' for all Board Meetings connected with Prospectus of the Rights Issue etc..
Mr John Barr has great experience and it looks as though he will now be in a position as Chairman to be able to call Board Meetings to suit his own Timetable, and that of both Companies.
