Just had a further read of the EMD prospectus and it appears their revenue model is based on charging patients for medical consultation and charging manufacturers for "data collection".
In history, they have only acquired 818 patients for which they charge $400 each so total historic gross revenue = $327,000
They also have got two letter of intents for future data collection work from Spectrum and Zelira. The revenue from both of these does appear relatively low.
So I am now having a good think about how they will earn their $2.5M to cover the year 1's costs?
Anyone able to shed any light on this?
