HT and Bull

I like the thinking. The idea of share swap for equity in SFR as a strategy sounds attractive, particularly if there is a share buy back to prevent too much dilution of share value and potentially put OZL SP higher before the swap deal.

Also like some of the nearology thinking if there are potential areas worth developing, as any infrastructure put in place by Ozl might become useful bargaining chips.

But then as I have said before, I don't trust SFR management so I would rather keep away from them.

I also thought I heard rumours the Korean "partners" of SFR would seeking to quit their holdings. Did anyone else hear that or am I only rumour mongering.?
