Replace Koolyanobbing plant with a 15MT Metso crushing plant-saving $10 per ton?
Expansion
Stage1-Build 2 ports at Cape Preston & a railway track to Buckland, & install a 15MT Crusher.
Stage2-Continue the railway track to Kumina & install a 15Mt Crusher.
Stage 3- Continue the railway track to Iron Valley & Marillana, & build a 20MT plant.
Finance of expansion
Stage 1 -From current resources & profitability.
Stage2-From current resources & Buckland profitability.
Stage 3-From current resources plus Buckland & Kumina profitability.
Some of the above steps may well be underway but we have yet to be informed & I feel there is a need for far better communication.
I recently asked for information on cost savings by using rail as against road& was informed that they had not yet decided which was the best option
