    Does anyone have any idea on when this takeover is going to be completed?

    Once it does I believe that GDO will have to rise at least 100% due to it trading on a P/E near to 3.

    Once the takeover is complete GDO will remain trading as GDO so the only difference is that it will be run by different people as far as I can see??
