Hi All, I'm new to Hot Copper and have little experience with shares.
I have held FFF/ECO shares for a few years now and I am NOT happy with what ECO is doing. If they want to delist, then they should pay shareholders at least what the share asset value is, in which I believe is approximately 2 cents. A few years ago , ECO was independently valued between 3.4 to 6 cents. ( What are they going to offer their loyal shareholders?). I own 1.25 million shares and have them for sale at 2 cents. Why do ECO want to delist?, are they now on a winner and don't want to share with us LITTLE people. If you type in eChoice on Google, a heading comes up with- eChoice " Award Winning Mortgage Brokers" ( Are they onto something).
An announcement made by ECO on 12/05/2016 at 943:46 (14 pages) states in
1.2 b  (page 6) Low Share Price and Capital Capitalisation.
The company does not believe that its share price is an accurate indication of the companies value.
If ECO does not make a decent offer on our shares, I will be making enquires with a legal professional that specialises in this type of activity and would like to know if there are any shareholders out there that would like to join me if legal action can be , or needs to be taken.
