The bull in the China shop is the Chinese property leverage. If there are problems there then look for a lot of chinese money being re-patriated to cover losses there. will be flood of property on the market and consequent dumping of oz asking prices.
Another thing to look at is the historical high relationship between income and prices. Prices are way ahead so should come back to marry the longer term relationship.
