Had mini boom last year. Going to be flat for 2 years, but not going down. Sydney will boom for the next 2 years then flat... Then Melb turn again to have another boom. Its always been playing catch up with Sydney in the past 30 yrs.
Some burbs may boom as long as they'll have new train station link, new freeway links & western suburb once the tunnel is completed.
