I think you should do a bit more research on that. They can’t even pass the fast track consenting bill and that is the real issue. submission from public itself took more than 5 months and they had to amend the proposed bill.
Nothing is looking likely to be “fast tracked” until late next year and honestly the parliament and EPA are inefficient as hell. This is of national significance and was meant to be a priority and it’s gonna take at least a year to pass since it was introduced.
