thoughts on nmr

I have been doing more research into my NMR investment and thought I would share some of my findings and thoughts.

Firstly in relation to the prospectus for acquisition of Walkabout Resources, for those who have not had a proper look through. There were 2 lots of performance shares that were issued on Friday being Class A and D which were triggered upon reaching the JORC milestone ( mentioned by previous posters ). I looked into this to fully understand any future dilution events that are likely to take place.

As part of the deal with Walkabout there were also Class B and C performance shares made available on reaching specific milestones.

These milestones are as follows :

1,500,000 Class B Performance Shares

Upon achieving an aggregate JORC of 200mt of coal on any 2 of the Walkabout projects. Same equation used ie number of shares issued = number of Class B shares (divided by) 85% of the 15day VWAP

1,000,000 Class C Performance Shares

Upon the acquisition of a 70% interest in the Limpopo project. Same equation as above.

Also as part of the deal there were a number of options issued :

17,700,400 Class A options.
(These had a exercise price of 0.03c and expired on 31st October 2011)

8,850,200 Class B options
(These have an exercise price of 0.05c and must be exercised before 31st October 2012)

8,850,200 Class C options
(These options have an exercise price of 0.10c and must be exercised before 31st October 2013.

The options also had a deferred consideration attached meaning that 50% where given upon signing & 50% will be achieved on reaching a Milestone which is NMR/Walkabout being granted PL 100258-1509 or entering into a
JV with Water Plus P/L - which relates to the Limpopo project, which lies within the Mmamabula coalfields, which has the chance of greatly increasing NMR's overall resource!

In looking through all this info I am confident that I now understand the deal that was struck earlier this year and am excited by NMR's future prospects!!

I also had a look through the Walkabout shareholder registry and most of the shares that were issued Friday approx 84 million go to just 3 holders - Nown P/L, Brywall P/L and Allan Mulligan. I'm speculating here but I am thinking that the majority of these shares were placed into safe hands!!
