thoughts on options ex price to low i think

i thing the exsize price on the options is way too low !
it should be higher of something like 10 cents at least
as it will raise sweet FA (well 9 millions is a bit) but why such a low price no one would mind if they were a bit higher like 10 or 15 cents and they still have time value at 2011 ex date,and i would still take them up with a higher ex price, options plan is good i think but not with such a low ball price, it's more benificial to be higher as it rasies more money with the same dilution and if there not excised there is no extra dilution.
