    Just wondering what people's thoughts are and how it will unravel.
    Talk AUD. So Mrc sells the Graphite business with the listing on the Oslo stock exchange for say 20m.Would half that go to Mrc then they would declare a special dividend and hand off 5m to existing shareholders and use the remaining funds to sort out the mess in South Africa?
