Very true Entry and its own cash will become more expensive to raise given the share price weakness which is not only due to the cost overrun but the delay in announcing these temp measurements.

The worry is they are buying time in hope that the temp increases to a more attractive level. I know it continues to rise months after but perhaps they want to release a cracking result first up to give the SP the largest boost possible for capital raising that will be required. Instead I think it is working the other way because the depreciation in the SP while we wait will be far greater than any jump on good temp readings IMO.
