    Yes they will notify you when they receive the $10 mill and $62mill as it is market sensitive, they will also advise you if it is delayed as was the case with previous DEALS. I think you will find the initial $10mill is to extinguish debt, mainly the mortgages the over leases and the process plant I expect. As regards the $62 mill Citigold ( Mining Company) will have to apply to the KIG/CTO JV company for funds to go mining etc. This information is available in the announcement 2nd March 2015.
    I would expect the share price to be affected by receipt of the money.
    You may be correct about your dream world comment, time will tell.
