    Citigold will only receive payments from the Joint Venture KIG/CTO, and they must submit budgets and request funds from the Incorporated JV. Will the deal go ahead ? hard to say given the history there are always left field events it would seem.
    It is an agreement so all you can do is wait and see what unfolds.
