I think 20c dividend is optimistic - I think 10c at this stage is more likely, and that would not be possible if they had not borrowed US$10m to finalise Aperio purchase. Cash is tight.
There were indications at the AGM that there were signs of life in a couple of the US funds which had previously looked like they were going to implode. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that news from the US will be better
